​Where do you deliver?

We can ship anywhere in the world. For shipping outside of the U.S., we will generally work with a reputable freight forwarding company. Please contact customer service for details or to make arrangements.

​Will you deliver to a residence or a business?

We can deliver to both residential and business locations. Additional charges may apply for residential locations. These fees vary by carrier. Please contact customer service for details.

​How long after ordering, will my order ship?

Most items are in stock and can be shipped approximately three to four days after order placement. If your desired quantity is not in stock, please allow an additional two to three weeks for production. Please contact customer service for a more accurate ship date.

​How will my order be shipped?

All bulk orders are FOB from Ellwood City, PA. Unless you instruct otherwise, Adams Manufacturing will determine the most reliable and cost-effective shipping method and will bill the freight.

​Can I choose my delivery service (UPS, FedEx, Trucking Company)?

Yes, this can be discussed with your customer service representative. At this time, USPS is not available for any of our phone-ordered items, although this is an option in our Suction Cup eStore.

​How much is shipping? And when do I pay?

Shipping charges depend entirely on your specific merchandise order and quantity. Customer service will provide an accurate freight quote prior to shipping. Shipping will be charged when your item leaves our warehouse.

​How much will duty cost on international orders?

We ship DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). These fees are assessed in customs at destination.

​Can I track my shipment?

​What if my ordered items are missing or damaged?

Upon verification, replacement or refunds will be issued. Please note any missing items on your bill of lading and contact customer service within 72 hours of order receipt to report missing or damaged items. Each delivery will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
