​Can I order any of your products online?

At the present time, only suction cups are available for purchase both via the web through our Suction Cup eStore, and over the phone. For all other product inquiries, simply call customer service at 800.237.8287, option 2 (if your account/company name starts with A-L) or option 3 (if your account/company name begins with letters M-Z).

Many of our residential products can be purchased online through participating retail partners. Visit our Where to Buy page to find a retailer near you.

​Is there a minimum order amount for furniture and accessories?

Yes, our minimum order requirement for furniture is $500.00 USD and $350.00 USD for accessories. Product orders must be purchased in case packs or stack counts. For smaller consumer quantities, we recommend visiting our Where to Buy page to find a participating retailer near you.

​Is there a minimum order amount for suction cups?

Although there is no minimum order amount required for suction cups, you must purchase the minimum bag or box quantities that are available for that particular suction cup. We do offer smaller quantities for prototypes and samples. Contact customer service for additional details or visit our Suction Cup eStore.

​Why can’t I order smaller quantities?

Given the size of many of our products, packaging limitations, and standard carrier shipping restrictions, we often find that is not cost-effective to ship smaller quantities. In some cases, the shipping can actually exceed the actual cost of the item. For smaller consumer quantities, we recommend visiting our Where to Buy page.

​Do I have to pay any state sales tax?

Tax is only charged on shipments delivered within the state of Pennsylvania - unless you have proof of tax exemption. Please contact customer service for further details.

​What are my payment options?

If you would like to apply for credit terms Net 30, you are welcome to use Adams’ credit form, or your own standard form. Fax completed documents to: 724.368.3625. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing. If credit terms are not requested or granted, other available payment options may include: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Wire Transfer or Check (cleared in advance).

​When will my credit card be charged?

Credit cards will be charged the day your order is placed. Shipping will be charged when your item leaves our warehouse.

​Will I receive an email confirmation?

Email confirmations can be sent upon request.
